Q. Why is foam backed loop nylon less expensive than non-backed loop nylon? A. This is because foam backed loop nylon is only 85grm material laminated to Q. How do you apply display and exhibition fabrics to boards? |

| A. We usually advise a good quality PVA glue, we supply this in 51tr containers, and this can be diluted depending on how porous the surface is, which the fabric is being applied to. | |||||||||||

Q. Which of our fabrics are Velcro® compatible? A. We have several Velcro® receptive materials,
e.g. loop nylon, polyweave, Q. What delivery services are available? A. We generally use outside carriers, we are able to provide a 24hr or a 48 hr service throughout the whole of the U.K. and Ireland. We also have our own delivery van which is used for same day deliveries within the Manchester area. Q. Can you wash flame retardant fabrics and would they loose their flame retardancy? A. There are several types of flame retardancy, please find them listed below: NDFR - Non Durably Flame Retardant - These fabrics are chemically treated with a water solution. If the fabric gets wet again in any way, they should be re-treated to meet flammability requirements. DFR - Durably Flame Retardant - These fabrics are chemically treated, and should withstand a number of cleanings. IFR - Inherently Flame-Retardant - These fabrics are woven from fibres that have a high flame retardancy. In some cases an additional chemical treatment is added. Non FR - Not Flame-Retardant - These fabrics have not had any flame-retardant treatment. FR - Flame Retardant to BS standard. |
